Search / Apply for a Permit, or Make a Payment

Online payments may be made for various fees that are due to the City of Indian Harbour Beach Building Department. You must have a City issued control number (e.g., Building Permit Number, Fire Safety Inspection Number, Invoice Number ) to utilize this form of payment.

Please note, that the City of Indian Harbour Beach uses a third-party service provider who charges a separate service fee as follows:

  • $0.01 to $75: $2
  • $75.51 and up: 2.65% of total
  • E-Check Payment: $2.95 Flat Fee

On your billing statement, you will see a City of Indian Harbour Beach transaction for total amount paid to the city and a Point and Pay service fee transaction for the service fee.

Non-Sufficient Funds Check returned to the city will incur fees based on the check payable amount as follows:

  • $0 to $50: $25
  • $50.01 to $299.99: $30
  • $300 and up: $40 or 5% of total whichever is greater

The payment form includes a Corporate Card question. Choose "no" unless the bank providing your card issued a customer ID Number that must be used.

The Comptroller's Office will both verify the information provided and that payment has been received. If all goes well, your permit will be emailed or mailed, depending on the type of document, to the address on file within 3 business days.
