We would like to inform you that the pool will be temporarily closed for several weeks (weather permitted) to complete essential repairs to the pool tiles and deck. The tentative closure date is August 11, with tile work beginning first, followed by deck repairs.
In addition, the bathhouse will undergo a full renovation starting at the same time. This project will take longer, and as a result, the bathhouse restrooms will be closed for an extended period. During this time, members will have access to the restrooms located on the east side of the recreation center.
These repairs and upgrades are part of our ongoing commitment to maintain and improve our facility, and we truly appreciate your patience during this process.
We will provide updates on the pool’s progress and reopening date on both our Recreation Facebook page and the City’s website.
To ensure you’re not losing any membership value during the closure, the City Manager has approved the addition of extra days to your next pool membership renewal, equivalent to the number of days the pool is closed. This extension will be applied at the time of your membership renewal and only to memberships that are valid and active at the time of expiration. We will not know the exact number of added days until the pool reopens.
