Records Request

The City Clerk is recognized by the State of Florida is the custodian of the official records for the City of Indian Harbour Beach. The City Clerk's Office provides records management services for all City departments (exclusive of Law Enforcement).

Under Florida law, email addresses are public records. If you do not want your email address released in response to a public-records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.
