Mayor Scott Nickle is a native Floridian, born in Melbourne and raised in Indian Harbour Beach. He attended Ocean Breeze Elementary School, and Hoover Junior High, and graduated from Satellite High School. Scott has a Master's in Public Administration, a B.A. in Legal Studies, and a B.A. in Radio/Television Broadcasting, all from the University of Central Florida, and has also held an active Florida real estate license for over twenty years. He is Vice-President of DRMP Inc., a full-service civil engineering infrastructure company. Scott has been a Council Member since 2006 and served as a member of the City's Planning and Zoning Board for four years prior. In his spare time, he is an avid tennis player and loves to surf. Scott is married to Debbie and they have three adult children - Corey (stepson to Scott), Sara, and John.

Born and raised in Florida, Councilman Adam Dyer has dedicated his life to serving his community both on and off the front lines.  A firefighter paramedic for 19 years, he has firsthand experience in emergency response and public safety.  He also serves as a proud member of the Air Force Reserve, demonstrating his commitment to both local and national service. Beyond his professional life, Adam is a devoted husband and father of four, instilling in his children the same values of service, integrity, and community involvement.  Passionate about enhancing quality of life for residents, he prioritizes parks and recreation initiatives, ensuring families have access to well-maintained outdoor spaces and activities.  An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys surfing, fishing, and sports and pastimes that reflect his deep appreciation for Florida's natural beauty and active lifestyle. As a councilman, Adam Dyer is dedicated to fostering a safe, vibrant, and family-friendly community, advocating for improved recreational opportunities, public safety, and responsible growth.

Susan Ruimy is a proud resident of Indian Harbour Beach, where she thrives as a small business owner, dedicated mother, and wife. Originally from New York, she earned a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Purchase and has a strong background in nonprofit work and community volunteering. Her connection to the Indian Harbour Beach community deepened through her volunteer efforts at Ocean Breeze Elementary School, where her children attend. Susan has contributed significantly to the community by serving on the Indian Harbour Tree Preservation Board, managing the Indian Harbour Small Business Expo, organizing beach cleanups at Millennium Beach Park, and acting as Vice President of the Ocean Breeze PTO. Susan encourages residents to say hi when she’s walking her dogs or spending time with her family at the beach, and wants to remind others that she is an elected official but also a fellow neighbor.

David Nutt was born in Indialantic and raised on the beachside, attending Sea Park Elementary, DeLaura Junior High, and Satellite High School. He is a veteran of both the U.S. Air Force and Army and earned a B.S. in Human Services and Counseling from Gardner-Webb University in North Carolina. He spent over twenty years in management within the tech sector, overseeing operations for a national company. Mr. Nutt has also served on the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of Indian Harbour Beach. As a small business owner, David is committed to supporting local businesses and community initiatives. He is the founder and organizer of the IHB Small Business Expo, an event that raises funds and awareness for the Volunteer Fire Department. He is married to Kazzy, and together they have six grown children—Coty, Jared, Stephen, Christopher, Savannah, and Nicholas.

Neil Yorio is a native Floridian and a lifelong resident of Indian Harbour Beach. He attended Ocean Breeze and Holy Name of Jesus Elementary Schools, Hoover Junior High School, and graduated from Satellite High School. Neil has a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Florida Tech in Melbourne, Florida. He is currently the Regulatory Compliance and Planning Manager at NASA's Kennedy Space Center managing the Ecological and Environmental Programs for the center. His involvement with the city includes serving on the Ad Hoc and as chairperson for the Tree Preservation Board. His interests include collecting and preserving rare plants that thrive in our area as well as Florida native trees. He is married to Karen and has two adult children-Owen and Marina.
